      The computer games now no longer strange for us. Starting from children to adult can play it. They even proficient in playing games on the computer. One of the computer games that adapted from the real life is The Sims. The Sims focuses on the lives of virtual people called sims. This game is published by Maxis and produced by Electronic Art. The Sims is simulation of daily life activities households. The Sims has sequel like The Sims2 and The Sims3 in the sequel has its own advantages and disadvantages.

      The first sequel is The Sims. The Sims has advantages and disadvantages. First, advantages of The Sims are easy to play, not complicated to install, and the menus of the game is simple. However, The Sims has disadvantages they are the character sims age not growing become older, and the movement of sims character is stiff. Then, this game has six the expansion they are The Sims Livin 'Large, The Sims House Party, The Sims Vacation, The Sims Unleashed, The Sims Superstar, and The Sims Makin' Magic. As well as, every expansion has different features depend on theme of the expansion. Besides, This game have to install this expansion uniformly if not it can not proceed to the next expansion. Ultimately, this game is easy to playing and gamers can imagination to make house by yourself.

     The second Sequel is The Sims2. The Sims2 has advantages and disadvantages. In this case, this game has advantages such as this game can explore your creativity in make the character, the item of the Sims2 is more than predecessor, and the sims character can go out from the house to another place. Besides, the disadvantages of this game are complicated to install because they have procedure to install, and sims can’t going to another house and look another house beside sims house. Furthermore, The Sims2 has eight the expansion they are The Sims2 University, The Sims2 Nightlife, The Sims2 Open for Business, The Sims2 Pets, The Sims2 Seasons, The Sims2 Bon Voyage, The Sims2 Free Time, and The Sims2 Apartment Life. Moreover, The Sims2 not only has expansion but also has add on to supporting the stuff of The sims2 like Holiday Party pack, Family Fun Stuff, Glamour Life Stuff, Happy Holiday Stuff, Celebration! Stuff, H&M Fashion Stuff, Teen Style Stuff, Kitchen & Bath Interior Design Stuff, IKEA Home Stuff, and Mention Garden Stuff. As shown, The Sims2 that it was better than the sims because it has many different additional expansion in which each additional expansion has different sims character, items and places of entertainment according to the theme.

       The Third Sequel is The Sims3. The Sims3 has advantages and disadvantages. In this case, this game has advantages such as sim houses and neighborhoods are entirely in one continuous map. The developers stated, "What you do outside your home now matters as much as what you do within." One of the biggest changes to the franchise is the use of rabbit-holes. Your sim isn't allowed to go inside the majority of city buildings; instead, they simply disappear inside for a certain amount of time--a feature known in video games as a rabbit-hole-while you are given very basic choices on what happens inside without actually seeing it. Besides, Disadvantage in this game is difficult to played and more complicated to install. Then, the expansion of The Sims3 are World Adventures, Ambition, Late Night, Generation and Pets. Equally Important, stuff from The Sims3 to support your sims such as High-End Loft Stuff, Fast Lane Stuff, Outdoor Living Stuff, Town Life Stuff, and Master Life Stuff. Thus, The Sims3 is more interested than predecessor because this game has advantages can make gamer more imaginatively in it.

     On the whole sequel of The Sims until third generation is interesting for gamers, because gamers can imagination and can adapted their life into this game.
